Associate ProgramsEclipse develops programs to promote and protect I.D.E.A. with a focus on education, dialogue and celebration of individuality. Leadership seeks to encourage I.D.E.A. throughout the organization with dialogue, communication and mentoring. For example we are:
- Introducing I.D.E.A. in Associate On-boarding & Orientation
- I.D.E.A. Mentorship Program – Quarterly Brown Bag Lunches
- Online Diversity and Inclusion Workshop via Relias or Optum
- Diversity & Inclusion guest speakers at leadership summits
Sharing the Story
We love to celebrate success and learn from what we could have done better. Sharing success stories, celebrating individuals and teamwork and focusing on great ideas makes us better. Our internal and external communications efforts focus on celebrating achievements – organization wide and by individuals.
Leading the WayWe’re excited to lead the way on inclusion, diversity, equality and acceptance in senior living. The senior living business has come a long way in the past 10 years to bring more diverse thought, perspective and experience. But, we know there is so much more we still need to do – and Eclipse is leading the way to make it happen.
In March, Eclipse Senior Living spotlighted Women's History Month by celebrating the achievements of women and looking closely at the barriers that still need to be overcome with roundtable discussions. We’ve created a report from those discussions that provides resources and advice to support our associates.
