Ashley HornbergerDining Services Director
Ashley started her career at Elmcroft as Dietary Assistant and Cook almost 10 years ago. From the start, she enjoyed Elmcroft’s family-oriented work culture, which brought her back to the community after temporarily leaving for a personal move. Ashley transitioned to Business Office Coordinator, but her passion for the culinary field led to her becoming a Dining Services Director.Ashley appreciates the support and opportunities Elmcroft provides to help their associates succeed. Today, her close-knit team and community feels like her extended family. “I have also loved that the company is always looking to promote within, first and foremost. I would not be where I am today if that was not the case. Elmcroft has given me the opportunity to advance within throughout the years and I am so appreciative of that!”
Nicole began her career with Elmcroft as a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2009. “I soon found that the Elmcroft of Muncie senior living community was not just a wonderful new job for her, but a place that felt like it had always been home.”
When a marketing and sales department and memory care receptionist role became available, it was the perfect opportunity for Nicole to grow her skills. She even had the chance to serve as interim Sales Director occasionally before taking the role on full-time in 2016. Recently, Nicole has taken a Business Office Coordinator position and hopes to start classes to gain her Administrative license within the next year. She hopes to become an Executive Director in the future.

Joy has been with Elmcroft of Graham for 18 years and feels the residents are like her family. “I was not here very long when I realized this was my forever career.”
Since then, she has held a variety of roles in dining services, housekeeping, caregiving, memory care and now serves as a receptionist.
Joy is well versed in giving and booking tours, taking initial inquiries and helping recruit new residents. She enjoys working with her team, and prides herself that the residents and their families all know her by name.
Anitra has been with Elmcroft since 2007, when she started as a Med Tech. “I loved my job and gave it my all.” She then transitioned to a Wellness Director role and took advantage of the Eclipse Senior Living’s tuition reimbursement program to become a Licensed Vocational Nurse. She continues her education with online classes and utilizing the company’s tuition reimbursement while working towards her Associate Degree in Nursing.
As a Wellness Director, Anitra traveled to assist many Elmcroft and Embark communities before accepting a Regional Director of Quality Services role. Deciding she wanted to return to her first love of working directly with a community, Anita joined Elmcroft of Victoria as a Resident Services Director before becoming the community’s Executive Director.

Laura began her career at Elmcroft of Medina in August of 2014. Laura's intentions were to remain a PRN Nurse for the community as she had full time employment elsewhere. “It only took a few short days to recognize how special this community is.” Coworkers became friends and residents filled a special place in her heart. Not too long after starting, Laura transitioned into the Resident Services Director role, the primary nursing role in Elmcroft communities today.
Laura's desire to continue to learn more about serving seniors led to receiving a Combined Degree Program certification. This just sparked more interest in how to better serve the community that became so dear to her heart. Laura's determination to learn and grow with this company led to accepting the role of executive director two years ago. Laura hopes to continue to grow with the company and proudly serve seniors.
Andrea began her career with Elmcroft as the Executive Director of Elmcroft of Grayson Valley, and later joined the regional leadership team as Operations Specialist.
Now, Andrea serves as the Regional Director of Operations for that regional team and has over 15 years of experience in the senior living industry. “As a woman who is dedicated to the success of her family and her profession, my professional goal is to make sure that we all, as caregivers, deliver a high level of customer service and care to all residents, families, and staff.”

Jennifer KipeExecutive Director
Jen started her Eclipse Senior Living career as a Sales Director in 2016. She knew right away that she had found her happy place. “I immediately felt welcomed by the leadership team and front-line associates, and I fell in love with the residents and every potential resident I encountered as the Sales Director.”
She later transitioned to an Executive Director role she had been offered because of her experience and education. Eclipse Senior Living helped with her tuition costs as she worked to become a Licensed Personal Care Home Administrator. Today, Jen views her job as her second home, and the residents and fellow associates as family.
Ashley started her career with Eclipse Senior Living in 2017 as a Support Center Receptionist. She quickly transitioned to a Human Resources Coordinator position and then a Benefits Analyst role. Ashley continues growing and learning as she participates in a variety of HR projects, both small and large scale. She promotes growth and development at Eclipse Senior Living by onboarding and mentoring new associates in the reception and HR coordinator roles. Ashley is proud to work for a company that values associate growth and advancement both personally and professionally. “Not only have I enjoyed advancing my career, knowledge, and skill-set within the HR team and Eclipse, but I am continuously grateful to be part of a team with admirable camaraderie and high-quality leadership.”

Divinia NunezAssistant Executive Director
La Mesa, California
Divinia began her career with Grossmont Gardens in 2013 as the Move-In Coordinator. While working with new residents and families, she also pursued earning her RCFE (Residential Care Facility for the Elderly) License, in the hopes that it would help her better serve in the community her current role. In 2016, she accepted a Sales Director position and continued to hone her senior living knowledge and skills with tremendous support from those around her.
Currently, Divinia serves as the Assistant Executive Director at Grossmont Gardens, where she continues to learn every day. “I love my new role and the challenges I am presented with on a daily basis. I look forward to the future because I know I will continue to grow both personally and professionally with the Eclipse family!”
Miguel first joined Elmcroft of Willowbrook Park in 2001 as a Maintenance Assistant. Recently, he has transitioned to a Maintenance Manager role.
Martha, his wife, joined the community as a Housekeeper in 2002 and is now a Housekeeping Supervisor. “We love this community. We feel as if it is home and the residents are family.”
