Sheila Donahoe is the Chief Administrative Officer for Eclipse Senior Living. As a member of the executive leadership and founding team, her focus is primarily in the areas of Information Technology, Marketing, and Human Resources. Previous to starting Eclipse, Sheila was the Chief Information Officer for Holiday Retirement, the second largest senior housing operator in the United States. Sheila was responsible for Holiday Retirement’s overall technology strategy and the implementation of solutions to enable business strategies and accelerate the achievement of business goals. She led the design and implementation of leading-edge solutions, including revenue management, lead and lease management, and business intelligence solutions.
In previous roles, Sheila had a six-year stint as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Bluegreen Corporation, a dynamic hospitality/vacation ownership and land development company. Sheila also served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for four years at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, and she’s held positions at AutoNation, Blockbuster, Inc., and Andersen Consulting.
Sheila was named one of the 100 Most Innovative CIOs by CIO magazine and was voted south Florida’s Best CIO by the South Florida Business Journal. She has been a member of Women in Technology International (WITI) and served on the Leadership Advisory Council for WITI’s south Florida chapter.
Sheila graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Sciences and a Minor in Mathematics from Florida State University.
